The Board plan (also called Revolving Matrix or Cycle Plan) is built around boards of a fixed size. A new member joins a board at the entry level. The board has a set number of positions — for example, 8 members. When all 8 positions fill, the board splits into two new boards.

The leader of the original board graduates — they advance to the next board level (with a larger bonus and higher stakes) and earn a graduation bonus. The remaining members are distributed across the two new boards, often with the original leader's recruits staying together.

Members who advance to higher boards can earn increasingly large graduation bonuses as they progress through levels — Silver Board, Gold Board, Platinum Board, and so on. Re-entry allows a graduated member to automatically re-enter at the base level, earning multiple graduation cycles simultaneously.
