The rank ladder is not just a progression system — it is the language your distributors use to describe their achievements. "I'm a Regional Manager" carries more weight than "I'm at Rank 6." MLMOrbit lets you build a rank vocabulary that reflects your business's culture, geography, and brand.
Common naming patterns:
Unlimited rank levels. MLMOrbit places no ceiling on the number of ranks. A simple startup might need 3–4 levels. An enterprise direct-selling company might need 12–15. Both are supported from the same rank configuration screen in the admin panel.

Every rank in MLMOrbit is defined by conditions. Each condition uses one or more rules — field, operator, value, time frame. AND/OR logic determines whether rules must all be met or any one will do. Multiple conditions per rank allow layered qualification requirements.
Personal Volume
The member's own product purchase volume for the configured time frame. Drives personal buying activity.
Group Volume
Total purchase volume across the member's entire downline. Drives team building and downline motivation.
Direct Referrals
Number of members personally recruited and active. Drives direct recruitment activity.
Downlines
Total members across all levels of the genealogy. Rewards deep network building, not just direct recruitment.
Existing Rank
Member must currently hold a specific rank before qualifying for the next. Creates a true progression ladder — you cannot skip levels.
Time-Frame Operators
Time-frame operators apply to every rule. A rank condition with "Last 1 Month" means the member must meet the threshold within the most recent 30-day window — not at any point in their history. This rewards active, consistent distributors and prevents inactive members from holding rank on old volume.

Rank: Area Manager — requires holding Supervisor rank AND a volume threshold
Reading this condition: Member must hold Supervisor rank AND (have PV ≥ 150 in the last month OR GPV ≥ 500 in the last 2 months) AND have 3+ direct referrals in the last 3 months. Meeting all conditions simultaneously triggers promotion to Area Manager.
Rank Achieved — Three Wallets Credited. Simultaneously.
The moment rank conditions are met, MLMOrbit executes the promotion and credits all three wallets in a single event. Not sequentially — simultaneously. The distributor's financial reward arrives complete.

Full Control Over Every Member's Rank
Two admin tools give full operational control over rank management — Rank Checker to verify qualification, and Rank Execution to promote manually. Every action recorded in rank history.
Rank Checker
Admin selects any member and runs a real-time qualification check against all rank conditions for their next rank. MLMOrbit evaluates every condition — PV, GPV, referrals, downlines, existing rank, time frames — and returns a pass or fail with the specific condition that was not met.
Rank Execution
Admin manually triggers rank promotion for any member — regardless of whether automatic conditions were met. The execution records the promotion date, the executing admin, and pays all three wallet bonuses configured for that rank.

Joining a Plan Is Also a Volume Event
Membership plans in MLMOrbit carry PV and GPV values — exactly like products. When a member activates a plan, their Personal Volume increases by the plan's PV, and their upline's Group Volume increases by the plan's GPV. A plan activation can itself trigger rank qualification.
Plan PV Feeds Rank Conditions
A distributor who joins on a higher-tier plan starts with more PV than one who joins on a lower tier. Admin can use plan PV to incentivise joining higher plans — by making the rank advancement path shorter for members who commit to a stronger plan.
Plan Activation Also Credits Wallets
When a member activates a plan, their Shopping Wallet (Circular Economy Wallet) and Commission Wallet (Loyalty Wallet) also receive activation credits configured per plan. The wallet credit on joining makes day-one product purchases more accessible.
