These Terms of Service govern your use of the MLMOrbit website at mlmorbit.com and any products or services purchased through it. By accessing this website or purchasing MLMOrbit software, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or purchase MLMOrbit products. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products and Services

MLMOrbit provides direct selling and network marketing software as a one-time license purchase. Products are delivered as:

  • Software installation on your Linux Ubuntu VPS
  • Repository access (Developer Edition)
  • Source code (Developer Edition)

The specific scope of each edition is described on the Pricing page at mlmorbit.com/pricing/.

3. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MLMOrbit software for your own business operations. You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Standard Edition software to third parties
  • Claim ownership of the underlying MLMOrbit codebase (Standard Edition)
  • Use the software to build a competing MLM software product for resale (Standard Edition)
  • Remove or obscure any copyright notices within the codebase

Developer Edition clients who purchase white-label rights may rebrand and resell the platform under their own product name within the terms agreed at the time of purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the MLMOrbit website or software to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Operate a business model that is illegal in your jurisdiction
  • Engage in any activity that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or pyramid scheme operation as defined by applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or any third-party system
  • Harvest, scrape, or extract data from this website by automated means

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of MLMOrbit software complies with the laws applicable to direct selling and network marketing in your country of operation. MLMOrbit provides software infrastructure — it does not provide legal, financial, or compliance advice.

5. Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via Stripe, Razorpay, Authorize.net, bank transfer, and other gateways listed at the time of purchase.

Your order is confirmed upon receipt of cleared payment. Installation is scheduled after payment confirmation.

6. Installation and Delivery

Free installation is included with every edition. Installation is performed by the MLMOrbit engineering team on the client's specified Linux Ubuntu VPS. Installation timelines are communicated after payment is confirmed.

Developer Edition clients receive access to the source code repository after installation and payment confirmation, with Git access provided for 18 months from the date of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the MLMOrbit platform — including code, design, documentation, and content — remains the property of the MLMOrbit development team unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Developer Edition source code is licensed for use and modification by the purchasing client. It is not transferred as intellectual property unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

MLMOrbit software is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for:

  • Any loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the software
  • Any downtime, data loss, or service interruption caused by your server infrastructure, hosting provider, or third-party integrations
  • Any legal or regulatory consequences arising from your use of MLM compensation structures in jurisdictions where they are restricted

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of MLMOrbit software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

9. Support

Support is provided via the support ticket system at [email protected]. Support covers installation, configuration, and platform usage questions. Custom development outside the scope of the purchased edition is subject to separate engagement.

10. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve the MLMOrbit platform at any time. Updates for clients under active support will be communicated via email. We will not make breaking changes to your installed production environment without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or software after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
