This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through mlmorbit.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. Nature of the Product

MLMOrbit is delivered as:

  • Software installation on your Linux Ubuntu VPS (both editions)
  • Source code and Git repository access (Developer Edition)

Because the product involves intellectual property delivery and engineering labour that begins immediately upon payment confirmation, our refund policy reflects the nature of these deliverables.

2. Pre-Purchase Evaluation

We strongly encourage evaluation before purchase. MLMOrbit offers:

We recommend completing a demo session before purchasing. The demo is available at no cost and no obligation.

3. No Refund After Installation

Once installation has been performed on your server and access has been granted:

  • Standard Edition: No refund is available. The software has been installed, configured, and delivered on your infrastructure.
  • Developer Edition: No refund is available once repository access has been granted or engineering hours have commenced.

This applies regardless of whether you continue to use the platform after delivery.

4. Refund Eligibility — Before Installation

If you have paid but installation has not yet commenced, you may request a cancellation within 48 hours of payment by emailing [email protected]. A refund minus any applicable payment gateway processing fees will be issued within 7 business days.

Cancellation requests received after 48 hours of payment, or after installation has commenced — whichever is earlier — are not eligible for a refund.

5. Engineering Hours (Developer Edition)

The Developer Edition includes 120 engineering hours. These hours are allocated and consumed progressively during the project. Hours already spent at the time of any cancellation request are non-refundable. Unused hours do not carry a cash redemption value if the client discontinues the project.

6. Payment Disputes

We request that any billing concern or dissatisfaction be communicated to us directly at [email protected] before initiating a payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving genuine concerns promptly.

Chargebacks initiated without prior communication, where installation and delivery have been completed, will be contested with full documentation of the delivery.

7. Exceptions

Refunds outside the terms above are not available except at the sole discretion of the MLMOrbit team in exceptional circumstances. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, email [email protected] with full details. We will respond within 3 business days.
