Why Unilevel Is the Most Transparent Plan
Every distributor earns a direct, visible percentage of every sale their downline makes down to a fixed depth. No volume balancing. No leg management. No spillover strategy needed. Unilevel is the easiest compensation plan for distributors to understand — and the easiest for compliance review.
It is the plan of choice for businesses where product sales — not recruitment — is the primary activity. Every purchase generates commission. Distributors focus on selling, not on managing leg balance.
In the Unilevel plan, every person you personally recruit is on your Level 1. You can recruit as many people as you like — there is no width restriction. The people your Level 1 recruits are your Level 2. Their recruits are your Level 3. And so on.
Commissions are paid as a percentage of the sales volume generated at each level. You earn 10% on Level 1 sales, 8% on Level 2, 5% on Level 3, and so on — down to the configured depth. Different rates at each level give distributors a reason to develop deep networks, not just wide ones.
Compression (if configured) skips inactive or non-qualifying members when calculating level commissions. If your Level 2 member hasn't purchased this cycle, their downline compresses up to Level 2 for your commission calculation. Active distributors always earn across their full configured depth.
